NO GIFTS, CAKE, OR CUPCAKES ALLOWED WITHOUT A PARTY BOOKING.

  • YES! You may bring your own Cake or Cupcakes!

    • Only allowed with a booked party reservation

    • However, no other outside food, drinks or ice cream are allowed at all.
       

  • YES! You may bring your own decorations or balloons as well if you wish

    • We do provide table covers and skate themed place settings but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer​

    • NO glitter or confetti allowed at all. 
       

  • YES! Guest of honor’s name announced & favorite song played (family friendly of course! ) for those with a party booking. 
     

  • Arrival:

    • YES! We need the party host to arrive 15 minutes prior to session to go over final details for the party

    • Party host and immediate family only will be allowed in the main area, other guests are welcome to stay in the admission area.​

    • NO, We do not allow earlier arrival than 15 minutes prior. 
       

  • Wristbands -

    • YES! Every person needs a wristband to be in the birthday areas whether they are skating or not

    • YES! this includes person of honor, siblings, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles... everyone​

    • The only  exception is NON skating children under 33" tall (our counter height)

    • YES! We ask you to provide a guest list prior to your event so we know who to give your wristbands to and let in

    • YES! RollXscape staff will put wristbands on guests at admission prior to entering main facility
       

  • Upgrades, Downgrades, & Add-ons:

    • YES! Party upgrades (public or private) are asked to be done 2 weeks prior to scheduled party dated. Changes are based on availability. 

    • NO, Party downgrades (public or private) are not allowed once your party is paid - No exceptions.

    • YES! Add-ons are available as you are checking out. If you need more pizza, wristbands, or additional guests, goodie bags or more, be sure to look at all our fun add-ons!

    • PLEASE! Be sure to review your order before submitting it.
       

  • You can reschedule one time only. The party must be held within 2 weeks of rescheduling.​​​​​​

Our BIRTHDAY PARTY package is a great way to celebrate!  $290 Value!!
This package allows for a designated space for your friends and family to celebrate the person of honor by allowing you to bring in gifts and cake/cupcakes.
Here's what BIRTHDAY PARTY includes:

 

  • Admission and skate rental for 10 people (including guest of honor)

  • Admission for up to 4 total parents, step-parents, or grandparents of the guest of honor (siblings, aunts, uncles, family friends, etc are not eligible) 

  • T-shirt for guest of honor

  • 10 Bottles of water

  • 10 tokens for 10 people

  • Add MAX of 2 people if needed ($20 each)

  • 6 Skate mates included as needed on first come basis

  • Table coverings

  • 1 place setting per person (if you bring in your own cake or cupcakes)

  • Guest of honor's name announced and favorite song played 

  • Need more room? Make 2 party reservations or Rent the Rink"

BONUS BIRTHDAY ($250)

GREAT FOR GENERAL PARTY GROUPS OR BIRTHDAYS

This package allows for a designated space for your guests to celebrate the person of honor by allowing you to bring in gifts and cake/cupcakes.
Here's what ULTIMATE BIRTHDAY PARTY includes:

 

  • Admission and skate rental for 10 people (including guest of honor)

  • Admission for up to 4 total parents, step-parents, or grandparents of the guest of honor (siblings, aunts, uncles, family friends, etc are not eligible) 

  • 1 T-shirt for guest of honor

  • 40 tokens for 10 people

  • 100 tickets for 10 people

  • 3 Pizzas - our 14" pizzas are made in house and baked fresh for your party, pepperoni or cheese

  • 3 Pitchers of Pop - we carry Pepsi products 

  • GLOW SONG!

  • GOODIE BAGS - includes one glow stick plus other fun stuff

  • Add MAX of 6 people if needed ($30 each)

  • 6 Skate mates included as needed on first come basis (**NOT** available for the 6-9pm sessions at all)
